Just a quick letter to let you know how thrilled I am with the product and service I received from greatshades. I have been a religious R*y-B*n customer for the past 10 years. I have been relatively happy with their quality but their styling sucks! I am not a 60 year old pilot!!

I decided to look around. You guys popped up on a random web search. I liked what I saw and read and was hooked by the pricing on your polarized products. I called to talk to a rep-- something I always do before purchasing from the dreaded .com machine!! The rep. I talked with was extremely friendly and helpful. I now had the confidence to move forward with purchase. I ordered a pair of Acies Chicago Rectangles with polarized lenses. I got the glasses in 3 days and was very impressed by the quality of the lenses and frame. They were also very light weight for having glass lenses and sprung temples.

The Bausch and Lomb lenses I had grown accustomed to are nice but they do not hold a candle to your silica glass lenses. Your lenses seem superior in clarity and anti-glare qualities and feel lighter! With the Acies, I found myself falling into R*y-B*n mode and inadvertently squinting in direct sunlight and then realized, "hey, these things really work!" No light is too bright!! I squint no more!

I was so impressed I got back on-line that day and ordered a pair of polarized Small Classic Ovals for my wife. She has never owned "good" sunglasses." The $4-convinience-store-who-cares-if-you-loose-them has been her personal choice. Well, she too is now at the point of no return. She is a contact lens wearer and had no idea how much impact good sunglasses would have on the troublesome glare and haloing associated with contacts. She used to wear sunglasses only when the sun was literally blinding her. She'd just squint and do the salute-looking hand shield the rest of the time. Also no more! She wears the copper lensed ovals about 10 hours a day and is ready to drive to Elk Grove and hug everyone!

I am shocked that the price is so low for such great glasses. You guys rock!!

Dear Acies,

I just got your large (52mm) silver sunglasses with the blue mirror polarized glass lenses. They are beautiful and fit my large face well! Plus,they are very stylish and rival sunglasses that are in the 300.00 - 400.00 range. I am most pleased! These are much nicer than I expected and your price sure beats the hell out of what other manufacturers want for their premium sunglasses! I had a hard time finding anything that looked right and matched my jewelery. These are definitely the ticket! I just wanted to say thank you. I received the glasses yesterday!! Wow, what a great turnaround! I ordered them late afternoon Friday and received them Monday . . . I was previously wearing the generic brand from SunGlass Hut called [Brand Name Removed]. They are a non-mirrored polarized grey wrap-around type of sunglass, but they are extremely heavy and always slid down the bridge of my nose.
